  Saturday 9th of November 2019 and I enjoyed my breakfast in the restaurant and I left Radisson Blu around 11 o´clock bound for Sheraton Hotel to look for birds. My Guide had recommended Sheraton Garden as an excellent bird watching area. And if you come to see the gorgeous Tacazze Sunbird, well, Sheraton is the place to go. I will also have my lunch at Sheraton, something I have dreamt off since we left Addis Ababa last time when we drove south. Anyway, the driver dropped me at the gate and he will wait for me. I walked around the parking lot before I went inside. The garden is outside the restaurant so I walked through the restaurant. Lunch was soon ready. I went out in the garden and I run in to one Mousebird in poor lightning. There is of course the very common Swainson's Sparrow in the garden. I continue on a walk path going to the swimming pool and I have not been walking many meter before I spot the beautiful Blue-breasted Bee-eater. And I am very soon to discover five of them in the same tree. Lightning conditions was not any good and I really wish that I had not forgot my flash back home in Bangkok.    Brown-rumped Seedeater

I walked past the swimming pool coming down to the SW corner of the hotel compound. There were a couple of African Thrushes and I also spotted the Tacazze Sunbird. My camera was turning off itself all the time and I discovered that I was about to run out of batteries. DARN! I walked back towards the restaurant and I managed to get a picture of the Tacazze Sunbird. I will be back with fully charged batteries. I had an excellent lunch at Sheraton before I left for my car. Back at Radisson Blu and I spent the rest of the day in my room. Room service and I had their excellent salmon and tea. I will go back to Sheraton, but I will leave Addis Ababa tomorrow. I will go to look for vultures with my Guide and we will leave early tomorrow morning.
